*sheepishly raises hand* Um, totally mislead, thank you! Silly me...I should SO have learned by now! :)
And we had a great family conversation after the show about all the reasons WHY James (!!!) didn't say anything to Jack. It was proposed that he keeps information the way he keeps everything else, only sharing them when he has something to gain.
I Loved the "I Never" scene. Funny how those moments between Sawyer and Kate (like the waterfall scene), start out as pure fun and rapidly degenerate into the morose or morbid or both.
And I thought James didn't tell Jack because he's petty and selfish -- and exactly as weak as Jack's dad. He could have told Jack what happened, fixed it all with a word or two, but just... didn't. He considered it, though. I wonder if that's supposed to make him redeemable.
THAT was the best episode they've had in a long time (and that's really saying something!).
I think Sawyer's ex-"business partner" (Hibbs?) used him to kill that poor guy Frank because Frank owed Hibbs money. He used Sawyer by sending him on a wild goose chase, fingering Frank as the man Sawyer's been after all those years, which turned out not to be true. Poor guy.

Did you pick up who Sawyer actually killed? I wasn't quite clear on it.
