I almost ran into an injured sea lion in the cove. I was collecting algae and walking back from the other side of the cove, not paying attention. He barked at me when I was like ten feet away...I jumped and had a brief freaked out moment, but luckily he didn't move very fast and I ran away. Marine Mammal Services were called.
