I like how you are able to pick up a friendship from exactly where it left off. I say this because we don't hang out nearly enough, and sometimes there are unfortunate periods of time where we go a while without seeing each other. But whenever we do see each other next, even if it's two months, you are able to make it feel like it's only been two days. It's never awkward or forced, but completely comfortable. You have a casualness that makes it easy to be your friend.
First of all, I completely agree that you and I don't hang out enough. That is lame, is all my fault, and needs to end.
I'm always amazed at your generosity. It might have been said before, because it's so obvious, but it's true. Whenever someone needs help, even if it's a huge undertaking, you're always the first to volunteer your time and effort. I think it's important to mention this in case you ever feel underestimated. You're certainly not in my book. I also really admire your openness. You're never afraid to show your enthusiasm or your disappointment. This makes you really great to talk to about any matter, serious or goofy.
I think you have an ability to adapt that allows to you succeed in any situation with any group of people. You are able to be such a good friend to so many people because of your ability to listen and assess what someone or a group of people need at any given moment and you deliver. Even if you aren't 100% sure what's going on, you'll go for it anyway to please the masses and you always give your best effort. This not only makes you a very good actress and a natural improviser, but a fantastic friend, and I'm sure it will make you a very successful business woman. It also won you the love of Dennis Quaid.
P.S. We don't hang out nearly enough as we should!
Like everyone else, it's so hard to pick just one thing I like about you because there are so many! But aside from your professional tennis serve, I think the thing that's most endearing about you is your humbleness. Clearly you have every reason in the world to boast, from your insane wealth of knowledge, to your mad tennis skills, your improv talent and a million more. And while you pretend to act all big and tough, really you're one of the most down to earth people I know. Sometimes I think you get too hard on yourself and it affects your confidence, and you definitely shouldn't do that to yourself. There's just no reason. However, it's refreshing how you always remain so modest. If you were really a cocky bastard, we just wouldn't be friends.
I'm not an incredibly trusting person and there are few people I can say this about, but you are one of the most trustworthy people I know. You'll always be there in a crisis, even a minor one, donning your mom colors while taking charge. You're someone I feel I can confide in no matter what, because it's just your nature to listen and take care of everyone around you. This is seriously one of the greatest compliments I can give anyone. I miss you!
