Because of all the tests in the last couple weeks (and another one next week), my brain has almost short-circuited. The problem is, with the tests, I could only focus on that one particular class at a time, so now I have to play catch-up with the other ones. Worse problem, my motivation to do so is shot. Not much to say today. Just been really busy studying for my anatomy test on Monday. We have a Physio test on Wednesday as well, but honestly I've been a lil more concerned with anatomy. Katee and I joined the Animals On Campus Club here at Ross. Basically, we try to oversee that all animals here are taken care of, from making sure the turtles all have their veggies to making sure all the colony dogs get let out of their runs a few times a day. This club doesn't have dues like most of the other ones, all they ask for is your time. ( Read more... )

Jules is adapting here just fine. She had us a little worried the first day because she liked to hide inside the plastic covering of the boxsprings in which we couldn't get her out. BUT I'm not sure if she was hiding because she was scared, or just cuz she likes dark spaces. So far, she's crawled underneath pillows, deep under my covers, in Katee's ( Read more... )

First news, I adopted a kitten! PAWS (People for Animal Welfare on St, Kitts) had their first adoption day on Saturday. Alex drove Katee and me to campus for studying in the anatomy lab and we were just gonna stay on campus til 2 for our Micro (Histology) TA session which was very needed as our first Micro exam was Monday (today).
