Inspired by taraljc's incredibly awesome Number One/Pike masterlist, I am compiling this for your reference and mine. It is by no means exhaustive. Please let me know if you have any links that should be added!
Joanna McCoy masterlist
It is interesting to note that Joanna's exsistence was the result of a conversation between Dorothy Fontana and DeForest Kelly. Fontana mentioned that McCoy should have some sort of family they could run into, and Kelly suggested he may have a daughter. Fontana subsiquently had two scripts that originally mentioned Joanna, but both were changed before production.
