I went to the Doctor's today about my knees. he told me they are way over-used and need extreme rest and physical therapy. I also have a prescription medicine to help with the pain. I can't play field hockey :(. I have to literally not use my knees except for walking around the house or at a store or something. I'm sooooo pissed off because ( Read more... )

I am in the worst mood. Ever. Karate camp was this week and it was so much fun, Mike came yesterday and he threw me in the pool and jumped in with me and we played around and jenn was there and he threw her around too and it was like the best time ever.
