The chives are up (germination outdoors took from 3/23 to 4/4).
Now what am I going to do with them aside from eggs (omelet, scrambled, deviled) and vinaigrette?

I would say cut some up and mix them into a tub of sour cream - then you can use your chivey cream on various things or dip yummy things in it.
