It's grey and hailing in Portland - here's hoping it's a nicer day for you out in DC!

I will be singing the National Anthem at the Portland Beavers baseball game on May 4th at 7:00 pm at PGE Park! I auditioned two weeks ago and they just called this afternoon!

Ugh. I got laid off from my job last week. The company has had to make a few rounds of layoffs now, so I guess I should have been more prepared for the possibility, but somehow I did not think it was going to happen to me. Had folks over from work to watch and we hoped, celebrate.
