I want to write a movie screen play. Or perhaps just another short story. Anyone got any ideas? Apparently, I am not great at coming up with initial concepts. In fact, I am extremely envious of people who write fictional stories for a living. It would almost be as though they'd have no time to enjoy their own reality, because their minds would

lol. Yeah, those were pretty in-depth. I'm thinking that you should probably carry out the plot line for those given that you seem to have put a lot of thought into them.

I was thinking more along the lines of something like "Some dude wakes up in the middle of an interstate with cars zooming past him and no recollection of how he came to be there. Aaaaand Go!"

Well shoot. You should have said that.
1.) Actually, that 'dude wakes up in the middle of an interstate' sounds funny. You could make a string of stories... 'Dude wakes up in the middle of a jail cell', 'Dude wakes up in the middle of a Waffle House', 'Dude wakes up in the middle of sex', 'Dude wakes up and goes back to sleep'. Some are obviously better than others.
2.) A slight young lady, frustrated at her mundane job, is offered an exciting chance from a mysterious stranger. Aaaaaaaaaaand Go!
3.) A college kid, killing time by hacking, accidentally accesses a government site that reveals a secret program to kill a section of the population. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnd Wait! Okay, Go.
