Seriously, I'm so happy teenagers are so smart. I like the fact that we can jump people because we're intolerant. And I love that we can be such hypocrites, because you know it makes sense when we bitch and moan and complain and declare how wrong something is and how people shouldn't be doing it and then turn around and do it ourselves. I adore ( Read more... )

Wanna know something funny?

I bet your five bucks somebody who has at least one of the characteristics you listed above (excluding myself) is going to comment on this post.

Which creates irony and something for us to talk about in the morning!

So to all you people who are thinking of commenting, please. We sure do love to laugh at your ignorance.

I'd just like to point out to anyone who thinks I'm egotistical that I've never said anything like "We sure do love to laugh at your ignorance." And NO, I'm not calling Jill egotistical, but I'm just saying- do you mind that she said that? No, of course not. I sure don't.

Also, considering that you've considered me egotistical, Jill, that statement would become hypocritical (one of the characteristics Ally listed), meaning that Ally owes you five bucks. So you won five bucks!

You missed the part that said "excluding myself"

Oh, dude, I did. Dang. Okay! Back it up! Ally, you don't owe Jill five bucks. Jill, good legal work! Set them clauses up, knock them cases out of the park.
P.S. Am I blocked? I am, aren't I? Aw, dang.

I'm really upset about the Matt thing, I hope something seriously gets done about that.

(and I don't care if you think I'm hypocritical and ignorant, we're all a little hypocritical sometimes :] )

I hope Jill just lost $5 :P

Hope is a word I wouldn't necessarily use in that sentence.

but then that would be asking too much wouldn't it?Yep, most definitely. This will happen until teenagers cease to exist. I'm not going to say I never fit amoungst a stereo-type of teenagers (I certainly was a very angsty middle schooler (we didn't have the word "emo" then and I think that should be scoffed at anyway since I wasn't "emo" I was fucking depressed and being made fun of on a daily basis) and if I had to admit to it... an angsty high schooler as well)... Everyone, even the stupidest, deserve at least slight patience... as much as I hesitate to say it. If you're not allowed to fuck up when you're not legally an adult when are you allowed to fuck up? Granted most if not all legal adults fuck up quite often as well ( ... )

I dunno, I thought mine was better.

But Sarah, you do not possess any of those characteristics darling. And of COURSE everyone is guilty. I even said so about myself.

People can in fact get a better grip on reality, they just choose not to.

"Last weekend my friend from U of M came to visit. He was being really obnoxious, talking about how UM beat us in football.
I got so pissed, I just yelled "THIS IS SPARTA!" and kicked him in the chest."

HAHAHAHA. I thought you'd like that, stole it from Sarah's LJ.
