Are you assuming the National Enquirer, which supports Trump, has anything to do with reality? I don't know what you think of Allahpundit, but this piece, at least, seems on target in its analysis.

In general, the Enquirer appears to be weirdly reliable for this sort of thing. But regardless, the jokes come too readily not to make.

The original reports I'd read said the Enquirer was reporting the affairs happened. The link above says the Enquirer is merely reporting on claims and investigations. If the latter, I'd give the story much less credence. If my own credulity on Facebook pushed you into taking it's truth for granted, I'm sorry.

Fair. That said, I'll add one more that relates to what's definately happening:

Cruz has made the second most serious political mistake you can commit. The first, of course, is not to get caught with a dead girl or live boy. But the second is not to get into a negative campaign war with someone who literally has no sense of shame.

I like Harold's take, as usual:

"I have got to imagine that, while she would never say so publicly, the thought of her chief interlocutors destroying each other over alleged sex scandals must make Hillary a happy candidate."

As for his attractiveness, a face you can get used to and see in its own context. The rest of him (what's visible, anyway) seems like one of the classic attractive male types.

I've been wondering if Trump + Palin would be enough to scare the American electorate into electing either a woman or a socialist. They'd be so good for each other! But doubling down on the crazy is a dangerous game.

I would like to see a graph done for people who loudly espouse conservative "family values" and denounce anyone who doesn't measure up: probability that they're hypocrites vs. log(size of audience). Impossible to get good data, unfortunately.
