holy hell...writing a paper on why patriarchy is the root of blame/evil in conrad's heart of darkness, from a fair trade-friendly, anti-capitalist, postcolonial feminist pov is craziness. i did a mind map to organize my thoughts and now my mind is floating on some other, existential level. either that or my blood sugar level is running low.

This whole Kitty issue is something I'm still getting over. I get choked up every time I see a stray, mangy cat - that's how she first came into my life. Unloved, hungry, scared, and with clumps of fur stuck to her back.
