I considered many characters. Gale, except he's more emotional. Haymitch, except he isn't as quiet and tends to be more... hmm, I can't imagine him with your sense of justice, even if everything he did was for the rebellion. I also considered Beetee, but it describes him as more nervous than confident, at least on camera, even if he seems confident when a million eyes aren't on him. Johanna seems much louder... I admittedly can see a bit of Katniss, but she's much more impulsive and not as rational.

You know, this is probably going to seem really random, but I want to say Finnick. He comes across as more extroverted, so he isn't a perfect fit either, but thinking about it... he certainly doesn't seem like Mr. Social to me, as he only has a small handful of friends and "one one person he loves." Besides, the image the capital presents of him... isn't him at all. He is pretty private and secretive, as there's a lot he's had to keep hidden. He has strong opinions, as he was aiding the rebellion for quite some time, but really only ( ... )

I actually think Katniss is a great vote for you. The way you think and consider every situation from every logical angle just reminds me of her so much. As an emotional personality myself (stamped as Peeta, lol), the amount of thought she put into legitimately every move she made kind of made my head spin, and I can see you operating the same way here-- especially when talking about your dislikes, I see a lot of Katniss reflecting over Peeta in book one, haha. Like, she didn't trust him because she knew love was a stupid motive and was trying to figure out where he was coming from. You have a very small range of things you care about, and you are basically out to protect yourself and those things. If you're a Potter fan, I bet you self-ID Slytherin, because I can see loads of that here, in the same exact way I saw it in Katniss. No bones about it IMO!

FINALLY, my ass couldn't get any slower with this vote, sorry >_>.

Let's see, I'm surely not going to help with your votes here; I have to admit that I saw quite a few different characters that could have worked as well, with none of them fitting perfectly. Haymitch's logical and detached, get-things-done personality (he's got the INTJ down), the rational thinking of quite a few tributes, like Foxface and Beetee, and you know my opinion about you and Katniss. Pity she got herself a new personality in every book, lolol. In the end, I want to go with Gale for you, even though he's definitely more emotional than you in book 2, and acts in a more open manner than you do. I think Independent Thinker describes him pretty well, even though on occasion he let's his emotions take over and has those outbursts. Given the way he cooly assessed the situation in the last book and his determination to get things done, I would say that he has very rational views, too (again, he's more emotional, but not in that respect, imo). Distant, secretive, ( ... )

Although Gale never played the games, "I would be willing enough to kill someone not to get killed by them instead," describes his views on the war so well. Do whatever it takes to kill others, if you want to win. He wouldn't just kill a best friend either, I believe, given how he's willing to sacrifice himself for Katniss often. A lot of your other situational answers remind me of how Foxface, or Haymitch, would have behaved in the arena (like relying on brains and speed, not playing along with others, hoping others don't notice you in the tree); overall, Foxface plays the game more riskily than you, though, like how she dances around landmines stealing for her food or sleeps in the Cornnucopia, damn. (Though lol, this line, "I would tell my sponsors to get me some drink or I am going to hang myself," made me smile. xD) And well... Foxface did eat those berries. But overall, she, Haymitch, and Beetee are the ones who I think "rational thinking/brains and determination" would apply to most for victory; they match your situational ( ... )

I'm actually thinking that you sound a lot like Foxface. Not too much is known about her, but she is definitely clever and probably one of the most rational and logical thinking characters in these books. She was on her own for all of the games which shows that she's not very trusting and also pretty independent. I wish we knew a little more about her, but I can easily see you performing similarly to how she did in the games (but hopefully with a different result than what she had).

I think I am definitely having to go with Gale for you, though I can see parts and bits of Katniss and Haymitch in you as well.

First, describing yourself makes you feel uncomfortable and that right away reminded me of Gale; he didn't strike me as the kind of guy who would feel comfortable (or would be interested in, for that matter) to talk about himself. Very distant, secretive, serious and introverted really fits him; even though Katniss was his closest friend, even she was surprised to learn he had feelings for her, so he can be quite secretive even with those he cares about. Like yourself, Gale is definitely a quiet loner with strong opinions, anti-social, cynical and not too emotional. Well, actually, I pretty much see him in your entire personality description, and there's not much point for me to be copy+pasting it all here, right? So, moving on ( ... )
