Just curious..

How much is your house payment? Can't be too much. Our rent is 1,600.. a house payment is about 3,500.

my house payment is only $420 ish. i get an added fee cuz i always pay it over the phone, so it comes to $433 and some change. it's a tiny house, under 600 square feet, in a less than desirable neighborhood, and the original mortgage is still the one my aunt got like 13 years ago. so i basically just lucked out. a house across the street from me, same size, slightly nicer yard, rents for $575 a month without any utilities included.
