UGH!
For the last 4 years I've been trying to figure out WHY Mexican food in Boston sucks.
I found out why. People are fucking morons, that's why.
I'd like to point out the following gems:
Unless quesadillas were deep-fried, we had found they were usually doughy inside, a problem we couldn't seem to fix.
DEEP FRIED quesadillas?!?!?!

Update.
I'm posting today because I don't think I'm going to get to at all next week. I probably won't even have time to read all your entries! Tomorrow, my replacement starts at work. ugh
Apparently there was a water main break on the major street that our mall is on this morning. The Health Department is coming around to shut down the restaurants in our mall (and everywhere else on the street) because the water isn't potable. Yum. And I didn't bring a lunch. And I'm ready to gnaw off my arm. Yay. -

Okay, so I tendered my resignation. My last day of financial security is February 9th. After that....?
Good things: my boss took it very well. She also is good friends with the owner of many of Boston's best restaurants (incl. No. 9 Park) and wants to call her about me.
