A bunch of us got verbal warnings today for being ONE minute late a couple of times. I am losing weight...for the first time in my life I am actually making a conscious (sp? god I hate spelling) effort to do so and its paying off. I don't have any great secret, basically I just try to excercise at least a little every day, even if its just going for a walk. I also run and have been doing yoga (although not every day).
