So with all the health care bill worry about whether my insurance will change, I decided to go ahead and use up what I had left of my dental insurance. Really wishing now that it had been more than $524, because ow. Not the tooth, the wallet. What even the dentist thought would be a filling turned into more. I hope so too. Getting it done now is better than waiting for it to start hurting, in any case. The dentist mentioned that most people don't think about things like needing crowns until November, and she usually can't fit everyone in and have the crown back and ready to go in by Thanksgiving.

Some good news is that the health care thing was on the news as giving McDonalds a waiver from having to drop us onto the government insurance or whatever it was. Since the point of it was to get health insurance to more people, they don't want to cause more people to end up dropping it. I remember that if a company didn't meet certain criteria they'd have to pay a fee or fine or something every year. Our insurance is really good, I think. Definitely affordable.
