This is a good post about the LJ DDoS attacks (and the Russian politics attached to it) and I totally admit I have been HHHHUUUUU LJ FUCK WILL YOU STOP THAT over the downtimes. I'd read that the attacks had something to do with Russian politics previously, but that post made things much clearer. -

Got woken up by the dog whining at me roughly four hours after I went to bed. Half that time was spent freezing my ass off for some ungodly reason.
