So when you make an appointment to see the Doc I work for, we send you to the website to do your paperwork ahead of time. It saves you time and agravation...honest it does ( Read more... )

Jeez, how rude! If they'd been coming in to see me, at 45 minutes late they definitely would have had to reschedule.

ROFL..oh dear. I wish I had even a nickle for every time that happens in our office! We mail our packets out, and I constantly hear, "Ohhh..I didn't know there was so much!!"! *SIGH*

For the most we are on time seeing patients. I don't double book patients. I am reasonable about most things, but if you have had 4 hours to fill out 4 forms, then call me for an extra 30 mins which gives you 5 1/2 hours total and still don't have them done? And then you are 15 mins later? Really...seriously...are you flipping kidding me?...no really. You have now abused my good will. BTW, most people take about 20 mins to do all the paperwork.

This has been the week for cranky patients though.
