it's only half over though. there's room for improvement.

I love spring quarter at Stanford. I especially love beautiful sunny Friday afternoons. this is like one of those fun games where you keep adding blocks until suddenly it all comes crashing down.

I have managed to develop the worst sleeping schedule ever. And my attempts to fix it keep being complicated by me getting distracted and then staying up forever. Basically if I don't sleep until i'm tired, i'm up til three or four. then on the weekend or days when i dont have finals this week, i sleep til like one or two. then i repeat the process ( Read more... )

there are too many bobby pins in my hair and i want to go to sleeeeeep. also, the map is such a bad idea.

I will be 20 in about 5.5 hours. Have I accomplished everything want to as a teenager? Pretty much, I suppose. Do I have any idea what I'm doing and where I'm going at the moment? Not a clue. Just sitting at my desk feeling strangely melancholy. Maybe sleep will solve everything.

i've come to the conclusion that people either think that: a) I am a quiet person who doesn't talk, or b) that I am hyperactively crazy...and that the opinion often moves from one to the other, and people who hold the first opinion are often very surprised when they see the rest of my personality. ah well, at least i hope it's a good kind of crazy.
