 well I got through week 2 ok, and Coach continues to build up my workload.  My fitness is returning and I'm feeling so much better than I did the first week...the interesting thing is that some of the new rookies are starting to complain of twinges and cramps and that sort of thing, but my own body is holding up great!!  Starting to realize that ( Read more... )
