So. Very. Tired.
We had another health scare with the kitties this week. Got home from the folks on Sunday and the Siamese kitten was being lethargic and refusing to eat. We thought she was just mad, but when she didn't improve, we took her to the VCA on Monday

I'm so sorry. There's nothing more scary than a furkid being sick because you can't understand them!!
As for the vet bill, child I FEEL your pain. When Wiley was a pup, the Tucker cat pulled all the tape out of a cassette (god I'm old) and Wiley decided to eat it. $1000 later....and then we have the kitty diabetes.
If it's any consolation, the $$ signs fade from the memory in a couple of years and the babies get more and more darling and important to your heart. It's an even trade, I promise.

It's just that I'm the sole support for the two people and three cats in this (and all the strays in the backyard) and it gets pretty overwhelming sometimes. I'm very strict with myself when it comes to keeping up my obligations no matter what happens. So it gets a little difficult.
But hey, that's what LJ's for, right? :)
