This is why I do not buy tickets through Ticketmaster if there is any way at all to avoid it.

Mike Doughty tickets = $19.00 each
Convenience charge = $7.00 each
"Processing charge" = $5.30 each

TOTAL = $62.60

Absolutely ridiculous.  I am totally buying them at the Vic box office.

So exciting!

We had a highly successful, if very, very cold, weekend in Madison.  It mostly involved getting wedding stuff done - which you can read about on our wedding blog if you're so inclined.

We're headed up to Madison this weekend, and we have a cupcake tasting scheduled for Saturday morning.  Also: we're going ring shopping.

Cupcakes and jewerly ... these are the parts of wedding-planning that I'm really okay with!
