Watching BBC news about the dungeon/abuse case in Austria. 24 years of abuse, of not seeing the sunlight, without seeing or knowing the outside world. Imprisoned by your own family/father for 24 years. It is a sad world sometimes. Makes me want to scream.

New project

Back in the actor's seat. Had our first read through for Caryll Churchill's adaptation of "A Dream Play" for Jobsite. Great ensemble. Can't wait to get rehearsals started next week. In the mean time, I just finished directing "Pirates of Penzance Jr" for The Patel.

I never get sick enough to go to the doctor, but maybe once or twice a year. That once or twice is due to a sinus infection. I, therefore have become an expert on self-diagnosis.
