Last night, instead of subjecting myself to the horror that was the NU v. Mizzou football game, Tom and I attended the Elton John concert at the Qwest Center.  I forgot how much I enjoyed Elton John's music.  The entire show was spectacular, even the songs I didn't know as well.  EJ took only minimal breaks in between songs to jump out from behind ( Read more... )

Tom and I found out Saturday that we both passed the bar exam.  We're super relieved to have it all behind us.  We won't be attorneys officially until we're sworn in on Sept. 20th.

I finally feel like the stress of the prior three years has been lifted.  Now I can start getting stressed out by work again :-)

Tuesday and Wednesday are basically done and I'm not quite as far along cleaning as I'd like to be. I did manage to shred a ton of old documents and set up a new filing system. I'm sitting here trying to study for my last final exam EVER. It's at 8:30 tomorrow morning. You'd think that since this is my last final, I'd be extra motivated to study and get through it. What is it with the food processing industry lately?

First, the peanut butter in my cupboard supposedly has salmonella. Now our packages of chicken breast strips have listeria?
