Stop being sentimenal about Tamir Rice
The grand jury in Ohio has decided not to indict the police officer who shot Tamir Rice. That is a good thing because it upholds the rule of law. The grand jury is saying there is no evidence to suggest any criminal act occurred. There was possibly negligence, but that is something the police department and a civil court can better determine ( Read more... ) -

Christmas was decent. Went to my mother’s house to have food with her, her latest husband, and my younger sister. Surprisingly, my older sister was there, too. Decided to go ahead and see The Force Awakens. Bought an ticket today for the noon showing tomorrow at a theater that has reserved seating. I found the idea annoying at first cos I like to theater hop and having numbered seats prevents that, but in cases of popular movies like this, I embrace the idea.
