New year’s eve. It was supposed to be such a great day. I had wonderful plans and they failed. I failed. I let things fall apart and it was terrible and I put my sweet little girl in a bad mood. I know I love you, so what am I so afraid of?
1. My mother died on October 7. She had cancer. It had been in remission for a while, came back in August and she was fed up with the chemo and stuff, so just accepted it and went on hospice care on Labor Day. I saw her a week before she died. She was very weak and tired, so not really talkative.

I have been taking my grandparent’s clothes to thrift stores for about 2 months now. Have made at least 10 trips, with a full trunk and backseat. I have been setting aside the nicer clothes for sale later. I decided to just take them to a resale shop today ( Read more... ) -

School started yesterday. Only guy in class of 21. Still only guy in whole program. Our practicum consists of working with a lead teacher as their assistant, two days a week, then completing one day as the lead. The house is full of heat and I want to die. The air conditioner is broken and I have wanted to die for many years. I have no idea when the money to fix it will be arriving, so the house is very uncomfortable. It’s hot and humid this week. So. David Bowie is dead. Haven’t bought Blackstar yet, but I will. Haven’t bought the Five Years CD boxset yet, but I will. Wonder if his estate will release more boxsets of that nature. Wonder if he had planned to release all his albums as part of a series of Five Years boxsets in the first place.
