The last day or so has been truly hell. Can't seem to get the rest I truly need to get. Same old shit, it seems that when i do finally get to sleep someone comes in an say Hey. I feel like i don't do anyone any good and i cause all this to happen. And i hurt or chase away the ones that really matter and are very caring and helpful to others. They

I wish you could get the rest you really do need....
If I had my own place I would come kidnap you and you could have a week long vacation or something....
