Began new job Feb. 24. That's old news. New grandbaby born May 1. She's still new news.

Too hot for me already, just mid June, but it was a hot May, too.

I have been neglecting my spiritual/contemplative work lately. It's always there but I am not always intentional about nurturing those parts of me, which in reality ARE me. Well, I've had a nice - although anxiety-ridden - vacation for two months. I was discharged/terminated/fired/let go the second week of December from the college, and will start my new job tomorrow. I am jobless. I was terminated from my college job about three weeks ago. The president gave me no warning, I had no disciplinary actions, a decent evaluation - but was suddenly terminated/discharged right before our Christmas break.
