texas immunization waiver

For those in Texas contemplating not vaccinating, selectively vaccinating, or if you simply want the legal power to vary from the recommended schedule should you ever deem it necessary (ie your child is sick and you want to postpone, has a bad reaction to a shot and you want to delay the next one, etc.) without worrying about them not being allowed ( Read more... )

oh, good, i'm glad to hear it. apparntly theres one shot, that was waivable, but now isnt, or something. hell if i know, all i know is now alot of parents have to get prove that their kids gotten the vaccine to come to school, and i've been handing them into the office. so yea.

Do you know which one it is? And is it a school policy thing or a state thing? The website didn't say anything about it. I know a lot of schools are starting to want hep A vaccines.
