While I really do like cats, I just don't want to live with them (my last roommate had 4). First husband is allergic. Second with how often I seem to be pregnant, toxoplasmosis worries me. Third the sanitary issues involving the care of one are just too icky (litter box, tracked litter and the way it sticks to your feet, accidents, smell, hair all over everything, throw-up) particularly with the possiblity of kiddos getting to various items before I do. Fourth, I also worry about free roaming indoor animals (of any kind) with small children. While I am sure it can be a rewarding thing, there is risk involved too.

Oh no - I had thought they were gone before you were here otherwise I would have warned you. (it was a week after the poison in the attic and I hadn't seen any evidence of them). Apparently it had just moved to a new undiscovered spot. Sorry about that.

I'll be around monday morning. I have a doctor's appointment at 2:30 so I don't know how reachable I will be after that.

ack! yea, gald all mice are dead, despite their cutiness. and yes while cute, carry sickiness, not cool. my grandfather, who lives in the country, has mice in his garge, but not his house.

yes, little mice will need to not live in your house, and find their own :)
