Well, Jack has been stuttering so badly. My dear dear friend who is also a Speech Path, says she feels it's time to consult a "fluency specialist". Apparently not all speech paths are comfortable with stuttering. Considering the problems Sahara has had with speech issues, I guess I'm not suprised that this has occured now. I have to get J in for

Glad someone gets a nice vacation! (Not that I'm bitter.)

I'll write more about our half-aborted trip to Austin. Full of suspense and drama. Jake, who was constipated....and the drive all the way back to Plano a day early, when we got a flat tire, and while it was good we had a full spare in the trunk, it didn't help because there was no FREAKING TOOLS or even a TIRE IRON to make the change over. Yeah. It was greatness.

Do you know anyone up there well enough to get a fabulous referral? You had such a positive experience with that really talented person in SA--the one that helped y'all with Sahara's selective mutism--and I'd sure want you to get that same calibre of expertise this time around as well.
