[It's all that's said, but it's the weight of the word that matters -- that it carries her understanding and her condolences. It's hard to know what to say to a loss like that, especially with Hughes not alive at home. She's seen Elicia lose her mother before; losing her father for a second time would likely be even worse for her. For them.
With that in mind, she will pay a visit to the house maybe a day or so later on the weekend -- not early enough to conflict with any other visits while the two recover, but she would like a chance to properly see how the household is fairing.]
