It wasn't a whole goat on a spit like people do traditionally in the Mediterranean & Middle East regions. It was these big-ish pieces of goat that I marinated & roast in the oven. It actually didn't come out quite right - a bit rare in the center, but it was ok. Especially for a first try. >_>

I'll pass on the INY greetings to Mom. I'm not actually Muslim, but just about everyone I know here in AZ is so I end up joining the holiday observations anyway. lol I used to observe the Christian holidays with Dad (when I'm not Chistian, go figure) and his side of the family when I was a kid/teen, but he's living in another state now
