I drink a cup of tea every morning. I start out by putting some Golden Blossom honey in my tea mug, adding some lemon juice, and a Lipton tea bag. I just heat the water in a tea kettle on the stove, and then I enjoy it as a nice start to the day. I rarely drink coffee, mostly at holiday gatherings or get-togethers with family.

Your tea sounds nice :o) I used to drink up to five cups of coffee a day, back in the eighties and nineties (smoked then, too. Brrrr). I just enjoy the one cup now.
