Academic probation. What the eff?

And it happens to me more and more. I'm busy at work, busy trying to find work, and busy trying to keep my head above water. My grades for last semester royally sucked. That is frustrating and makes me angry and discouraged. :-P Sometimes life comes at you fast, and sometime it hits you like a SCUD missile. How's that for a 1990's reference?

It's been a very hard spring. I have now put enough work into my car to have paid it off, if I'd been so inclined. I literally paid more for repairs than I did for the car. And all this in a 5 month period. I hate how big of a money pit it is. I hate being dependent on it to get me from A to B. On the other hand, I love that I have it now ( Read more... )
