Update
I've been sick for 2.5 days. I took yesterday off work, which was smart, but I should have taken today off too. Even standing up exhausts me.
I stepped on the scale this morning, and I've officially lost 5 pounds this month. Slow and steady wins the race.
Having a sore throat has reminded me that hot tea - so hot it basically scalds my throat going ( Read more... ) -

Feelin' Fine.
Despite having a massive headache today--all day--I'm feeling awesome. Mainly because I'm down 2lbs this week, even despite all-you-can-eat Chinese Buffet dinner on Thursday night and Brazilian steakhouse (read: all-you-can-eat AGAIN).
