the new/old csr is really irritating me... how can you not remember one simple thing? every day, over and over and over again? i'm sorry, but i'm glad they're replacing her... i don't think i should have to ask for due dates on EVERY SINGLE JOB, EVERY SINGLE DAY. grr. huff huff
