Ingredients
2 cups AA or finer quality sweet cream butter, unsalted
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
Or
1 cups turbinado sugar (see notes)
½ tsp sea salt
3 ½ - 4 cups all purpose flour (see notes)
