your problems may not mean shit to someone else who is dealing with much more difficult problems, but that is someone elses life completely.you may not have had a long term relationship but that doesn't mean you can't love or fall in love with someone. your pain is just as important as anyone elses.

on another note, I miss you and we should get together for some coffee or something

Pain and suffering is all about perception, I guess, but someone's always going to be better or worse off than you. That's just how life is. Don't diminish your personal incidences of pain because someone else has it worse in your eyes--it's all relevant.

Or it all could mean nothing. Damn philosophy.
