I don't live there anymore. After that boyfriend and I broke up, I sold the house and moved a litle further south in 2002...and now I live in the northern part of the state!

After writing this, I wondered...does this story make me sound crazy? It just killed me how they had treated that poor dog!!
I talked to the vet after calling the police and he said he saw that kind of thing a lot, where some redneck mistreats a dog, but then when someone else take an interest they go ballistic because it is their property.
He was like "Do NOT let them get him back again."

I can get pretty passionate about things, then later wonder...was that really a good idea? It generally doesn't stop me from getting wrapped up in something else though.
