Such a personal story - a precious period culminating into a heart wrenching moment .... the joys and expectations turning into sadness and loss.... so well you captured the nuances of each emotion ... the highs as well as the lows. Even though it happened a long time ago .... you have written it as if fresh from memory - the joy and the pain.
