You know what. Screaming helps. I usually do this when I can't take it anymore and I'm too lazy to type. As I am driving to work (or driving -- period)... blaring the music... angry and stressed out as hell... I take a deep ass fucking breath and I just scream at the top of my lungs until I run out of air. It helps.

Make sure that you do it while you are in the car alone though.... it only works with another person if both of you agree to scream on the count of three....

the thought had occured and was tempting but the urge to direct the growing frustration in some physical way wanted me ripping my own guts out the more i thought of it. so i wrote that up there, stared off into oblivion for a good long while (lava lamps are the best), and come morning i blamed recent stress(ors) and a massive hormonal imbalance for how awful i felt.
it's all good. sometimes it's too easy to get caught up in the moment. damn glands and fluids and all the physical things of life. pfah.
