i want to say i don't understand. but i do. i understand so many things. i simply don't accept them.

i think that the stress of not smoking is as damaging to my health as smoking is.

change balance perspective. change is constant. the consistancy of change changes. balance is a truth. short or long, subtle or abrupt, all things balance one another. your perspective is no one else's. the more persepctives, the better your picture.

i lost my toucan hat last night. i am extremely upset about this. if anyone sees it, or has any ideas about how i might get it back, please let me know. or if you have any ideas about where to get a new one. anything would help. i'm very very sad.
