The title should be: A Manga Drawn for a Special Occassion.

The first kanji is supposed to be 描 (to draw). I think you mistook it for 猫 (cat). They're very close, but the stroke order is slightly different. Make sure the kanji in your dictionary matches what you're translating, since many of them look very similar. 似てる感じは大変だけど、頑張って！ :)

Yeah I saw that comment, just thought I'd clarify how you got 'cat' out of it. It can be an easy mistake to make, especially if you're using an electronic dictionary where you have to draw the kanji yourself. :)

Yeah, I draw the kanji that I don't know on my PC to figure out its readings, and then type it in my mac which has that wonderful dictionary application. With that particular kanji, I thought it was cat immediately though without checking it... I guess by making mistakes we learn more though. :) I probably won't ever forget that 猫　and 描く　resemble each other more than any kanji I've encountered now. :P
