I have a new job. New school goal. And a new pair of shoes.
Job - Bar back at Oneal's. Training to be a bartender.
School - International Management at APSU.
Shoes - Chuck Taylor All Star Double in white.

Update? Me? Whoa!
So... it's been a while. I'm going back to school in TN come Fall. Got signed up and all that good stuff. This time it's for accounting. Something I really enjoy doing. And I'll be doing summer internships with my uncle at Stone, Rudolph, & Henry. Hopefully that'll lead to a job in their Brentwood firm when I'm done with my B.B.A.

My NYC trip proved to be much needed. It felt great to get out of DC for a little while. Here's a rundown of places I visited:
French Roast - 6th Ave & W 11th (The wait staff was awesome here.)
Urban Outfitters - 6th Ave & W Washington Pl (My pants kept falling down so I needed a belt.)

A vacation that doesn't include court...
I've had the stomach flu for the past three days. It's at the tail end but I decided to go in to work today anyway. I have too many emails to send out. Getting out of the condo will help me get motivated anyway.
I'm going up to NYC this weekend to visit a friend from high school who works at Elle Decor. She also writes the blog "Design Champagne". ( Read more... )
