did you go to buffalo!? oh grand, grand buffalo new york!!

when i was 18 i lived around SUNY buffalo- off of the niagara falls turnoff at the end of the NY turnpike. we'd go to niagara falls and toronto every weekend- it's much easier for young people to get crunk there. god bless canada.

We drove through Buffalo, but didn't have the time to stop there. I bet that Canada is much more like Europe when it comes to drinking... if you can see over the bar they'll take your order!

I was watching this program on Niagra Falls on Discovery Channel (I think?). They said they have to rebuild those wooden red staircases every year because they get so thrashed from the water constantly falling on them. Interesting factoid. Did you get to go inside the waterfalls?

Yes, as close as you could to going under the American Falls is the stairs that they have to rebuild every year called The Cave of the Winds. Basically, you buy free waterproof sandals and an elevator ride down to the start of the stairs and they lead you to a landing called the Hurricane Deck. That is where the falls land right on the deck.

I had this great idea that I would start a church in Niagara so that every year I could baptise groups of followers in the falls!
