Is that a limited company, or are you a partnership? If you're not technically a company you could get into trouble by using the word company in your business's name.

Also, if you guys want, I can have a look at your accounts for tax stuff and see if there's anything you can do to reduce the tax you pay (which can also affect your income from your main job).

We're not that serious, mate! We do the odd fair or con and probably don't earn enough to warrant taxation. It's just a name!

Yeah, but if it's costing you money, you can offset your losses against what you earn - so if you lose £300 a year overall, you you reduce the income you pay tax on by that much, and save yourself £60.

Don't want to piss you off but it was much less than a couple of months! You had him round to meet your Mum two weeks after we split up (or was it three - I forget!). I was still in the house! And you went on a pesudo date when we were still together. Your not quite as innocent as you make out! Nearly but not quite.

You've spent more space here talking about a relationship that didn't start than talking about the dissolution of a 4 year relationship - I'm gonna assume that was in consideration of me as people we both know read this. In hindsight though - 9 year friendship against 4 year relationship? I guess maybe he's squeaked the 'More Important to Moogs' stakes!

Anyway, I hope that KD do get back in touch with you this year - credit crunch be dammned! - and may we all have many wonderful things transpire!

PS please don't be mad - I really appreciate the support and value your friendship - just wanted to correct some inaccuracies in your statement.
