Had a panic attack at work today, I thought I was having a heart attack (my symptoms were that similar). Got to ride to the emergency room in an ambulance, and was there for 2 hours. So, for the past 2 weeks I have had the shingles. I don't know why at 32 I have gotten shingles but I nonetheless have it. For those of you who don't know what it is it is the chicken pox virus (Varicela zoster virus), which lies dormant in your system once you get the chicken pox, manifesting itself in the form of a rash and blisters.
