I lost ANOTHER 4 pounds. I will keep doing what I'm doing. 3 square, healthy meals per day, gallons of water, and 24 oz of skim milk everyday. That and running.

I have been eating right for how long now? I don't even know if I've lost weight because I'm not seeing results. So we'll just intensify it. Special K twice a day and one healthy and sensible meal. Running...yeah running. Started that yesterday. Sore but determined. Fucking bring it.
